I had a difficult section to sell, it had some complications and although it was in a great location it wasnt an easy sell due to its history. Brad not only helped us through the whole process with me now living offshore, but he managed to sell the land and offered us a realistic and honest appraisal. I couldnt be more happy with his service or his assistance but without doubt I couldnt be more grateful for his attitude. Through a difficult negotiation he made us feel that our needs were fully understood, and that he had our best interests at heart throughout. He has a great personality, we laughed and shared some hilarious stories and he went way above to make us comfortable with the final outcome.
