From our first meeting until the closing of the deal Bobbie, was firmly focused on making what is, inevitably, a nerve-racking process, into one where her professionalism and experience calmed us down. Always there when we needed her, and a clear expert on the rural market-scene around Hamilton and Tamahere, we always felt Bobbie's advice and guidance was just spot-on, meaning that we could focus on other things. Come the time to negotiate with prospective buyers, Bobbie's experience once again shone through and we secured a deal which exceeded our initial expectations. Right from the start Bobbie was clear - with providing a value for our house she sat down with us and went through the numbers so we could ask questions and have the answers with evidence for backup (Her knowledge of the industry is brilliant). There was no posting or emailing of the value of our property to us, I felt she genuinely cared about us and the big change we were making in selling our house. Through the sale process there was clear and honest communication in terms of open homes/viewing and feedback from potential purchasers.
