Bobbie and Paul listed and sold our Tamahere market in 2023. We listed at the worst possible time but Bobbie, Paul and their team remained enthusiastic throughout the long marketing period and ultimately achieved a successful sale. They were realistic throughout the sales process and didn't inflate the value of the property to 'hook' us in, nor did they deflate the value in order to get a 'quick sale' and they stuck to their belief throughout the process, that their valuation was right, and it was just a matter of waiting for the right person who was ready to buy to come along. This aligned well with our idea of how to sell our home and resulted in a successful sale. I'd highly reccomend Bobbie and her team to anyone wanting to buy or sell property.
