Bob is knowledgeable about the market and insights he provides are accurate, which helps you set right expectations about your budget. I also like that Bob is never pushy and rather provides information you need and let you make your own decision.
After long years looking for the right nest. Me and my family members are very grateful to you guys especially to Becky who is helping us to catch our dream to having our own home and because of that, it’s another chapter and good journey for our Family.
Bob was a pleasure to deal with. He was always incredibly courteous and his communication throughout our selling experience was excellent. He was always sharing market data, keeping us informed of open home results and was able to use his experience to help us make decisions with respects to house renovations and work prior to sale. His commitment to making the sale was incredible. I would highly recommend Bob and Becky and the Barfoot & Thompson team.
Bob Voss is by far the best real estate agent we have ever dealt with. He is thoroughly professional, courteous, honest and communicative. Most importantly, he worked really hard and got us a great sale at a great price (in a difficult market). We could not be happier with Bob’s service and would heartily recommend him to anybody buying or selling a house on Auckland’s North Shore. Thanks Bob!
Bob was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, helpful and supportive throughout the selling process. His regular communication ensured we were kept right up to date every day. He provided sound and honest advice when needed resulting in a sale just hours before auction, and very happy clients.
Bob was extremely professional and approachable throughout the whole sale's process. He had a clear idea of who to market the property to which reaped success on auction day. His calm, confident manner inspired trust which was essential to a successful outcome.
I am pleased to add my kind thoughts of Bob Voss’s professionalism in handling the sale of my property and his natural ability to bring seller and purchaser together. His approach to the real estate industry is a refreshing one that made the whole experience a pleasant one for all concerned and his insight into the market at any stage is to be trusted beyond reproach. Thank you Bob, David Braine, Haggis Holdings Ltd.
It was a seamless experience dealing with Becky and her team, she explained the process to us, explained all pros and cons, and was always available to answer any questions and go over and beyond to help with anything needed. We never felt under pressure to make any decisions under the spot, we were open and transparent with each other and we are very happy with the outcome.
Becky is professional, reliable and trustworthy agent. We really appreciate the time and effort that she has put into the selling of our property. Becky will be the agent who we recommend to all our friends and family. Big thanks to Bob too, they are a great team!
A job well done is something my late husband Brian always took pride in when he was building, and this house was the last one he ever built so It has been a very special home for us. Having Bob Voss to sell it was also very special and made all the diifference in a stressful process. Thank you to everyone who recommended Bob to us. As a real estate salesperson and a person, Bob Voss is genuine, honest and helpful. It was not an easy decision to put our treasured home on the market. The market took a downturn and I had some health issues. Throughout all the ups and downs, Bob supported us in the process of selling and has been professional, honest and so caring of every detail. Thank you Bob for a job well done.
