I haven't got a lot of time for agents usually, generally I find them superficial and slimy, however, Bob is a breath of fresh air. He told it like he saw it, not want he thought we wanted to hear. Really good at communications, via a WhatsApp group, we felt continuously 'in the loop'. But his greatest attribute is that he doesn't try to bullsh*t you, he knows his stuff but if doesn't know the answer to a question he says so. Likeable guy.
