Bob was just absolutely awesome. He was extremely professional, new the market well and a great communicator, especially when talking with mum, as she doesn't speak English. He put together a comprehensive advertising campaign in print and online which resulted in a large number of private viewing and open home attendance. All this culminated in a very well attended auction with several serious buyers in attendance, with the final result far exceeding our expectations. This was our family home and decision to sell was a difficult one. Bob made the process so easy and stress free, especially for our 83 year old mum. We totally recommend Bob, because he is the best agent ever!
