I meet Bob early this year as I want to sell one of my investment property. Bob is a professional agent who ask to come over to look at the property himself to understand the location & condition. He understand this is not a simple property to sell due to it's location & condition. Bob had explain to me different type of marketing & selling Strategy and advise me the options. I have follow his strategy and we get a good result of the Sales. However we get hit by Covid-19 where we cannot vacate the property as expected. Bob did keep in touch with all the parties and manage to get buyer's ok to defer the settlement until we legally able to do so. He also manage to do final inspection to the property before handed over to the new buyer. He his great customer service & able to work on difficult situation.
