This has been the second time using Blair and the team and never ceases to amaze me at the knowledge and communication I received throughout the sale of my property. Kristina is new on the team since my last sale and adds to the team in a great way. Very professional from both Blair and Kristina and look forward to working with them again.
Blair is the best real estate agent we have ever engaged with. We have purchased and sold property with Blair and his knowledge of the Waikato market is second to none. He is highly skilled, a great communicator and consummate professional. It has been a pleasure working with Blair and his team over these past weeks.
Blair and his team are excellent to deal with and provide unequalled service. Blair's knowledge of the real estate market is second to none and he provided excellent guidance throughout the marketing period. End result was an auction with 6 bidders and a very good sale result was achieved. I would not hesitate to recommend Blair to potential buyer or sellers; he takes the stress out of the process!
Choosing an agent can be stressful, we feel extremely fortunate that we choose Blair & his talented team. We asked a number of agents for appraisals; Blair was the only one that was able to convince us that an auction was the best option for us. While the others gave us a variety of potential buyers. Blair gave us clarity on who the likely buyer would be & he was right. Blair has a wealth of knowledge; he addressed all our questions, concerns in great detail, so we felt confident in following his guidance and advise. The resulted was a sale within three weeks of listing at 40k over our expectation, thanks to Blairs good timing, his trusted advice and taking calculated risk. Blair is a team player; the team was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Honest hard-working people that deliver good results. Regards Ian
From the moment Blair introduced himself I felt very comfortable in his presence. The professionalism and attention to detail cannot be questioned, his knowledge of the current market was spot on resulting in the sale of my property in a very short time. Blair's team of Kristina, Annie and Neil are to be congratulated for their outstanding communication throughout the marketing process. I would have no hesitation in recommending Blair when the time comes to either buying or selling a property. Ray.
Kristina Emson was the agent that we deal with directly. She was very professional throughout the process whilst being approachable and easy to deal with. She was very patient with all our enquires and helped us secure a smooth purchase. Thank you!
Cannot recommend Kristina & the team more highly. Kristina has been super knowledgeable, helpful, approachable and awesome to work with while she helped us secure a house. Any questions, advise and worries we had, she was quick to get ahold of and nothing seemed too much. Would happily recommend anyone looking to buy to get in touch with her! Super happy :)
Throughout this daunting process of buying our first home Neil Archer has constantly blown us away with his knowledgable explanation of processes, generosity of time and all round friendly nature. He has gone above and beyond for us. Even taking precious time from being on holiday to ease our minds from worry, and answer any questions we had with lightning speed. We had often heard of negative experiences with real estate agents which made our experiences with Neil feel too good to be true. I am happy to confirm that Neil is a genuine, upstanding character who has exceeded all expectations and is a massive asset to the team at Lodge. Thank you again Neil!
We cannot thank Blair, Kristina and the team enough for such a positive experience selling our first home. From our first meeting to putting up the sold sign only 12 days later the team have been been so professional and we cannot fault anything. Communication was something that was really important to us and the team kept us up to date and fully informed of what was happening and when we had questions they were answered straight away. Kristina was amazing at helping us find our next home and guiding us through that process with all her knowledge and doing research on recent sales in the area to give us all the information we needed to make an informed decision on making an offer we were comfortable with. We are so grateful for such a wonderful result and would recommend the team to anyone and everyone.
We followed Kristina online for a while before looking to purchase our home, when we decided we were ready to start looking I contacted Kristina and was met with absolute kindness and professionalism. We spent over a year together working together looking for the perfect home and getting everything ready, from recommendations to answering every silly and confusing question we had she was there! I couldn’t give a review high enough to reflect our time with Kristina and Lodge. I’m honestly sad we will no longer be working together and will always go back for future homes. 10/10!!!
Blair is very professional, honest and knows the market well. Worked for us the seller in a kind and respectful manner
Thank you Neil Archer for your devoted support in our search for a new property! We appreciate your help and advice. I highly recommend Neil to anyone searching for their next property.
