The first time we had ever sold a property and when we were scoping out which agent we would sell with Blair came across as very professional from the very first call. Blair visited on two occasions, explaining the market and the reality of what homes in the area are going for. He went the extra step in walking around our property explaining what he would do to ensure we get the best price for our property and 'photo ready'.
