Throughout the sales process Blair kept us well informed and was a proactive communicator; he would reach out regularly to keep us up to date and let us know what the next steps would be. We live in a different city to the house we were selling so it was great to know we had someone 'on the ground' who we trusted to run the sales process for us. Blair also did a great job liaising with our tenants, who lived in the home we were selling, to ensure they were kept in the loop regarding inspections and open homes. Overall, Blair is a great agent and I would recommend him to other Vendors.
