From our first meeting we found Blair to be supportive in every area and yet maintained a professional and grounded manner. We received comprehensive and regular feedback from all the advertising and open homes which was reassuring. He was easy to get hold of with any questions and guided us skillfully through the whole marketing and advertising process. Blair was also easy to talk to and encouraging as we negotiated what was required to get our house ready to sell, right through to the final auction process which can be stressful. All the marketing was effective and his experience and knowledge was invaluable at this often challenging time. We felt comfortable and safe using Blair as our land agent and from our first meeting and discussion to the actual auction day, we have been extremely well looked after with great communication, feedback and support.
