Very easy to work with and understanding of my requirements. Professional and helpful.

It has been a pleasure working with Bill. Only a pity it wasn't for longer because he sold my house in 7 days for over the asking price after 30 viewings and multiple offers! What a result! His marketing strategy was spot on. I met Bill as the agent for the property I have purchased and am moving to and liked him on the spot. He helped me purchase that property at auction. Bill is a warm and genuine person and is an open communicator. He is a straight talker with obvious common sense. He is very efficient and answered all my questions quickly and effectively. He is knowledgeable and has a great deal of market experience and this showed in the price we achieved at sale. It was very easy to work with him in a team effort to achieve my sale. I wholeheartedly recommend him.
