Bill was very helpful, always searching for new listings that suited my needs and sending them through. He communicated great and very patient with me when my mind would change on a property. When it came to the negotiations and finalizing a deal, he worked hard to ensure I got the best price and on my terms. Demonstrating his great experience and property knowledge. Would 100% recommend to any buyer or seller!!!
I can highly recommend Bill to sell your property. Right from the start he was professional and really knowledgeable about the market. I was kept up to date and he worked really hard to make the sale, presenting 2 offers with the property selling in just 2 weeks.
I was a buyer rather than vendor but found Bill to be professional, prompt, and kept me up to date on negotiations. He has a pleasant manner and I would be happy to use him again.
First of all, thank you for assisting me in selling our property in Hamilton and most especially for the hard work of Bill Burnett. He had been so helpful, informative, courteous and in constant communication. Hope you could assist me again in the near future. Although the price is not what we have expected, I know he have done his very best. Thank you so much Bill! 😊
Right from the beginning Bill delivered with a well-presented appraisal and regular professional updates as he guided us through the sale process. Thank you very Bill for all you hard work!
We are incredibly pleased with the service we had from Bill to purchase our first home. From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure! From our initial conversations and throughout the whole process , Bill was professional and easily approachable. Bill was always available when we had questions and made the entire-process stress free. He is knowledgeable about market and made sure we always felt like a priority. We would recommend him to anyone.
Bill was amazing to work with. He always kept us updated with what the market was doing and how our house sale was progressing. We appreciated his expert advice which ultimately got the house before Christmas and for the price we were wanting. He is professional and able to build good relationships with buyers which we saw through his ability to negotiate the deal for us.
Bill worked hard to find us just the property we needed. I have no doubt without his help and advice we would have missed out an a house that ticked all our boxes. Thanks Bill!
Bill has helped us to buy a house that fitted our preferences of price, type and locality. He continued to present a patient, positive and approachable manner, providing us with alternative real estate options and all the advice we needed to achieve our goal. We would not hesitate to recommend Bill as a professional and experienced Real Estate Agent.
Bill is professional and provided regular updates during a challenging sales process with this property. This is the second property Bill has sold successfully for the group in the past few months and throughout both processes we have been kept up to date with views, visits, feedback of potential purchasers etc. A good change from other real estate persons we have dealt with in the past.
My unit was listed by Bill and Linda, it was amazing, they sold it in 19 days in this slow market, and sold it with a good price! I feel very warm and comfortable to deal with Bill, when he saw my unit, first thing he said: It will be sold! To be honest, at that time, I was wondering: Really? I have to say, Bill is an excellent sales person, confident, warm, good listener, full of knowledge, and very efficient. And plus, I feel he is a good person too. If there is a chance, will definitely work with him again. Great job, Bill. Thank you so much!
Bill is professional and supportive for viewing houses and providing guidance to go throught the whole process of buying a house. You can also trust him and his team. His manager even come to help when he is not available. For first house buyer, it is not so easy to find all professionals to support the purchase, like a good solicitor, a wonderful builder, etc. Bill can always provide info and introduce those professionals to the first house buyer. Very amazing!
