Bill is professional and supportive for viewing houses and providing guidance to go throught the whole process of buying a house. You can also trust him and his team. His manager even come to help when he is not available. For first house buyer, it is not so easy to find all professionals to support the purchase, like a good solicitor, a wonderful builder, etc. Bill can always provide info and introduce those professionals to the first house buyer.
