Having moved many times in my life, ( every few years ), and as a result having much experience in buying and selling my own homes with the interaction of real estate agents, I have to say Bevin Berryman would be probably the best agent I can remember I’ve had yet to have handle my sale this time. Firstly, he gave me confidence in his abilities knowing he was a experienced licensed agent in several areas of sale including residential and business sales and leasing, and not as is often the case, just a sales consultant who may still be on a learning curve. This assured me his procedure on all levels was totally competent and focused on the interest of not only myself as a seller but also with the prospective buyer . This assured me of a smooth transaction procedurally and legally in the sale process. Secondly, he structured the sale process in terms of advertising, presentation, and sequence, closely aligning with MY needs and affordability according to the value of my property- not according to to the common hype of promotions of questionable value of including extra unnecessary costs. Finally, his negotiating skills could not be questioned. Maybe this comes from belonging to an enduring family business that has worked in West Auckland for decades and values their personal professionalism. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bevin to anyone.

We recently sold a commercial unit which came with 1-2 little hurdles. Bevin adeptly navigated these for us and got a sale through. Not an easy property to sell but really happy with how he stuck with it.
