We lived 3 hours from the rental property so having someone like Beth made all the difference. Beth was involved in finding this property for us when we were looking to purchase a rental 10 years previously and we decided it would be nice for her to have first chance to sell it for us. Beth really looked after everything from staging to tradesmen etc. She continued the open homes even when the property went under contract until the time it went unconditional. She organised tradesmen to look into items that were brought up in the building report. It really did feel like she couldn't do enough for us. She was super approachable and her communication was prompt. She provided advice and suggestions for our consideration. Her knowledge of the current market was on point and we sold the property due to her continued follow up with potential purchasers. We were selling in a very hard market and Beth made all the difference. We would highly, highly recommend Beth to anyone looking to engage in buying/selling a property. My only experience with real estate agents was from open homes and expressions of interest until we bought our first home through Beth. Agents have also felt quite pushy and not personable. Beth is completely different, she really cares about making sure we had a great experience with purchasing our first property. She is lovely, funny, and relaxed! Couldn’t recommend her more and so happy that we had her.
