Beth really looked after everything from staging to tradesmen etc. She continued the open homes even when the property went under contract until the time it went unconditional. She organised tradesmen to look into items that were brought up in the building report. It really did feel like she couldn't do enough for us. She was super approachable and her communication was prompt. She provided advice and suggestions for our consideration. Her knowledge of the current market was on point and we sold the property due to her continued follow up with potential purchasers. My only experience with real estate agents was from open homes and expressions of interest until we bought our first home through Beth. Agents have also felt quite pushy and not personable.
