We have been helping my mother in law in her search for a home of her own after she moved to NZ six months ago. She was badly let down on a private purchase which turned out to be a stressful, expensive affair, then when I was at the local school on a working bee I bumped in to Bernie who knew that my mother in law was looking for a home and told me that she had an open home on Victoria Key the next day. Bearing in mind that we were doing a big renovation at home and I was very busy with work and knowing that my wife and I would be responsible for all the running around and organising again (after the previous let down) I was half inclined not to mention it to her! Bernie, you have restored our faith in buying houses and from my own point of view I cannot thank you enough for making the whole process as stress free as it could possibly be.
