We have been very happy and satisfied with the process from beginning to end of the sale of our house. Linda and Bernie have been excellent to work with. Upon phoning Bernie regarding the property for sale and finding that she was on her day off/holiday Bernie was a complete professional and was able to 'sell' the property to me just with her complete knowledge and description of the said property and gave contact details for Linda to tee up a viewing. A viewing appointment was made with Linda to view the property and other properties as a comparison and we found Linda to be also informative and passionate with a bubbly 'nothing is a problem' attitude and her zest for selling was like a ball of energy and made any stresses of buying a house disappear. Our impression of Linda was that she like a new sales person coming into the business with her zingy energy but lo and behold she has been in the business well over 10 years and nothing was ever a problem and she was only a phone call away to answer any niggling questions. Bernie was recommended to me by a friend and I wasn't disappointed. I wanted my cherished home in which my children were born and raised to be sold to people who would love it as much as we had. And that wasn't easy given they were first home buyers and purchasing sight unseen due to Covid. With emails and video calls and stacks of photos, Bernie helped the buyers to make a great decision. Bernie was able to organise a private viewing of the house I wished to buy, and then again add flexibility to the process to get my offer to the vendors in rapid time. All my multitudes of questions were answered, many requiring further investigation by Bernie but very pleased overall. Only downside - this was the only house I looked at where the vendors had not provided a LIM report, and while that is not Bernies fault, it does seem odd for a vendor to ignore their agents advice.

When unforeseen circumstances meant we had to list our Omokoroa house for sale we contacted Bernie and Linda immediately.
