His ability to read people (including ourselves) is a great skill given his profession. He always had a solution in mind regarding any of our requests or quandaries which reduced the stress of selling. Very responsive. Setup a WhatsApp group to keep me and other key people informed. Always returned calls. Both sales had some consent and finance issues prior to settlement which were managed well. Both Sam and Ben had no issues hosting private viewings on request of potential purchasers. Very impressed with effort and results.

We found the service that Sam and Ben offered to be exceptional from the beginning to the end of the selling process. They exceeded our expectations. by presenting comprehensive and timely information, answering all our questions in detail (they have alot of patience! ) and giving us immediate feedback on the Open Homes. The whole sale process was relatively easy, given that the house was built in the1990s “leaky buildings” era. Sam proved very easy to work with as he explained the process and outlined the issues. Viewing numbers were OK, but few offers resulted. Thanks to Sam and Ben the one offer succeeded.
