I had not sold a property before, and knew very little about what to do. Ben was excellent at providing advice and guidance, was clear about what the market was like at the time and was clear in describing both general conditions, and likely interest in my property. It was a very slow period for sales, and the sale itself took a long time due to very low volume of interest in an apartment still undergoing remediation. Ben was very helpful in providing ongoing guidance on what to expect, and when a serious offer finally came through was patient with the negotiations (I had some unusual clauses for the sale).
