I geuss i have a average view with all the money on marketing and to get one offer only not even the open home times on your sign which is something you should always do so people know when to go if they are driving around.but I also understood the market is tough so good to sell the house. I appreciated the gift i really do but I dnt drink gin not really personalized there felt like a box pulled from the stack of those at your office this is just advice. Ben's a nice guy with a good character and was great with the buyer of my house. Thanks again for the work dne from Laykn she was very nice the times I meet her and to anyone else involved.
