Right from the start Bens information and advice was spot on I completely trust in his professionalism. He was so gentle and considerate of our 90-year-old parents who were having to leave their home of 30 odd years. Ben removed all the stress and made the transition to their supported living apartment so easy, by organizing all the marketing, open homes etc to time with their move and after. Ben exceeded all of the families expectations and then some. We simply cannot say enough kind and grateful words.

Had only 2 brief conversations with Ben as he had assigned a colleague of his to work with him on the property. After the contract went unconditional I received a phone call from his PA asking what our preferences were in a gift basket. To this day some 5 or 6 weeks later we haven't received any gift basket. A bit odd.
