Never gave up on us over a protracted period of marketing, in the middle of which another prominent agent had a turn but gave up. Gave good practical advice and help in dealing with builder’s reports, using reputable tradesmen etc. Remained calm and confident when we felt anything but. Patiently sought out suitable buyers for our particular property , whose unique features needed to find a particular family type buyer.
