When the house was purchased Ben was the agent. He was very professional, helpful and didn't apply pressure to get the sale. As I was very impressed by this experience it was an easy choice to have Ben as the agent to sell the property. He has gone out of his way to be understanding of my need to sell and has made the whole experience of selling a lot easier which I really appreciate.
