As the house was unoccupied throughout the marketing campaign, Ben made sure that it was always in a neat and presentable state, even mowing the lawns when necessary. There were also many occasions where private viewings were requested on days other than planned open home viewings, and these were all undertaken by Ben as if "in the normal course of business”.
