A pleasure to deal with, Ben is the consumate professional; knowledgeable, reliable, considerate, always positive, never pressurising - and interestingly, above all of this, whilst clearly working firstly in his vendor's interests, he still made us feel truly valued and almost like friends! We have both been grateful to have had Ben work with us during this fairly drawn-out journey, genuinely seeming to appreciate what a 'big move' this is/has been for me particularly, having been in my current home for 50 years.

I found Ben one day driving along the road on a sign advertising a property. I was looking for an agent, so called his number and from the first time I met him, I knew he was the agent I would use. He has excellent communication skills, very prompt on what had to be done. I was at a bridge players night a few weeks ago and a lady I was talking too was also using Ben to sell her property.
