Ben is very professional agent and always willing to help no matter working time or weekend. actually it's the second time work with he. I buy the same property through him also 2 years ago. He always give professional advise and proved to be correct. He also give great help on property inspection and repair advise. I cannot make the deal without his help. Being an absent home owner, Ben was able to fill the gaps with the small things to ensure the sale went ahead. For example, Ben was able to contract a replacement gardener, Derek from Olive Landscaping. What an amazing job Derek did. Transformed the place. Ben even went the extra mile after the final inspection by vacuuming the house after the electrician's rewiring off cuts were left on the floor.
