Has a broad knowledge of what the market is doing and was very accurate with where he predicted prices would be come offers/selling time. Easy going but professional. Clear with ideas on how to market the property but not pushy. Listens to other people and doesn't like the sound of his own voice like some we have come across. Down to earth and generally a nice guy who sells real estate as a vocation not a money earning job.
