I’m not sure we would have made an offer if not for Michelle. We had viewed the property several times but it was Michelle who really engaged us and helped us work through our objections. I originally met Ben Gibson at an Open Home in my neighbourhood. He impressed me with his friendly open approach . I loved that he lived in the area and knew it well with his children attending local schools known to me and my family . It was truley like dealing with an old friend from the first visit to my Mums property . He was up front , positive and listened to the story about the home and the family and the circumstance . On auction day he did his very best to get us exactly what we were expecting which is hard to do when there are 6 siblings taking an interest .
