Ben as an auctioneer Ben has an open and intimate way of communicating with the public. Not too intense or dominating which helps bidders relax and feel comfortable. Well backed up by his assistant Antonella. The Auction rooms could be improved.
I only dealt with Ben once, on pre-purchase inspection. He was very friendly and worked around my hours. He took the time and shared some tips on local contractors for the numerous jobs the house needed.
