Recently we bought and sold houses in Wellington. We had half -heartedly been watching the housing market but the whole process of selling our house and purchasing another seemed all too hard, particularly as we were very attached to our house and neighbourhood of 20 years. We initially met Ben Atwill of Bayleys Real Estate as prospective buyers.
