I gave a four star rating because at the end I felt that the interest of the agent was more aligned for the seller rather than the buyer. A few times we had queries around proof and investigation we felt we were quickly sent to search through lawyers. We felt that it was important that the agent is representing both the buyer and seller, in that way it helps alleviate the pressure of trust between the seller and buyer in the future
