We changed to Lawrence and his team after a long association with another agent. We were impressed with his keenness but also his professionalism. He had a good record, but we needed to know he would be looking after us and pushing for the best price possible. We were teamed with his associate Aeshan. Aeshan provided us with regular updates and contact but Lawrence was always there making sure things went smoothly. We were taken through the process with minimal hassles. The auction itself was well run and we managed a price that was above both our and the agent's expectations. We will be using them again.
I for one am dubious to pay an agent when selling a house, however, I am confident I would not have got near the price I got selling with Lawrence and the team. Would definitely recommend and use them again!
