Lawrence and his team were hands-on from the day we engaged with them. We sold in East Auckland and could have gone with a local agent, but this team had great reviews and we felt really comfortable with them straight away. They were honest, and we knew we wouldn't get taken for a ride. We did go into the process with possibly unrealistic expectations on how much we would get for our property based on the initial evaluation done by Lawrence but they made the process simple.
