Really good agent and very helpful

As a first time buyer I found Catherine really helpful. I was looking at several houses and even though I wasn't at the time likely to put an offer on the one she was selling, she still took the time to walk me through how the process of offers, LIMs and so on worked. She was always available and got back to me really quickly when something important came up, plus took the initiative to check in several times during the process. Very professional and would definitely recommend.

What i liked about the process was that i was presented with the facts about the building and section and allowed to make my own decision with out any pressure. Further more i was offered great suport around sale process including ability to print and scan documents as i didnt have these resoures as was out of my region.
