As the buyer you know the agent doesn't work for you and this sometimes makes things awkward, but Catherine is just straight up and to the point. Her communication was lightning fast, she worked outside of business hours to get the negotiations over the line promptly, she told me about issues without me having to ask or find out the hard way and she drives a hard bargain...
