As well as his knowledge, compassion and energy - Michael impressed me with his understanding that this was an important and stressful time for my whole family. When coming into my home, before dealing with any 'business', he would stop and talk to each one of my children, making them feel part of it all and making me always feel like I was bringing my 'whole self' to this important activity, and that he was personally completely engaged with the sale.
