I cannot recommend Ashlea Pead highly enough. Our house took 2 years to get to sale because of a difficult situation with multiple owners. At the start we got an appraisal from Ashlea and she followed up with us continuously over 2 years while we did the work to get a historic CCC on a renovation completed and carried out necessary repairs and maintenance. Ashlea helped us navigate Council consent queries, understand the local market and sent requested REINZ data updates while accommodating every question I had. She also visited when we were at the house on multiple working bees. The house had been in the family for 3 generations and Ashlea understood our aim, if we had to let the house go, was that we wanted an exceptional presentation. She connected us with the right stager and made sure the photography, videos, music for the videos and written detail was all next level. The result was amazing and we had 4 weekends of open homes each with stunning weather. The viewers were numerous and Ashlea made sure she connected with all of them and this was reflected in the detailed vendor reports that came to us along with all the various platform data analysis results. Our house was reported in Stuff twice because of our combined effort to present this very special house in the way it deserved. This led to a very very exciting bidding war at auction and the best possible sale price we could have hoped for with buyers who truly appreciate the house also.
