Rovi was excellent! From day one how he approached us and explained the procedure, expected timelines, and how he will do things was just amazing. Took his time to explain every single detail, first time we met I'm sure we had a chat for about 3+hours, he was happy to help us understand situations regardless how simple or stupid our questions were.
