It was our best experience to deal with Rovi. We were looking for properties since long, dealing with some agents was really tough. we had bad experiences where agents miss-guide us and our time and money was wasted. When we met Rovi we leanered a lot of new things about properties which no other agent told us. He has great market knowledge and he expalined us how to choose a good property. Buying a property with him was so easy. we were all the time so stress free becuase we knew Rovi is looking after everything and he wouldn't let us loose this home. We were so much frustrated and over tired by looking and viewing many properties. Rovi called us and let us know that he got a property for us, and we went to view property and we loved at first look. Not every agent do this, it shows how much he care about the people he deal with. He remembered our preferences for property and reached to us when he found one. This is the exactly same what we were looking for. I really wish that every property agent should be like Rovi. I feel sorry for people who has to deal with agents who just thing about their benefits and mis guide customers. Those agents don't think about its their hard earned money and they are looking for a home for their family to stay happy. He is no more agent for us, he is part of our friend circle and he will be always on the list of friends to call on every celebration.
