Exposed children’s privacy. Allowed buyers to filthy property, delayed moving in favouring sellers
Agent asked to take photo with the family with the sold sign. She needs it for marketing purpose. We agreed provided that she blur out of put emoji on the family’s faces, but still went and posted the children’s photo on her social media. Settlement date did not happen on the day to favour the seller. She said she checked the property after the delay in moving out of the seller. But it was not cleaned at all as promised. I arranged an additional 4 hours of cleaning, Rug Doctor hireage, and a handyman to fix the door handle, at my cost, to ensure the transition into your new home went as smooth as possible.
As soon as your concern about the social media post was raised, it was removed immediately, and I’ve since put steps in place to make sure this doesn’t happen again.
My Manager and I also reached out to you to offer further support and to ensure everything was put right.
