Arsh is friendly and a great communicator, seeking feedback and keeping us promptly informed of buyers' immediate and longer term feedback, as well as her intentions, and how the market was faring. She had strong knowledge of the current market and also useful contacts on hand for tidying the place prior to sale. Arsh is professional and displayed perseverance in selling the property in a slow and difficult market. We thank and commend her for her work.

I took Arsh's advise on staging my property, which I wasn't considering. Staging was fantastic. Arsh is so lovely to work with. I trusted Arsh with a great result. I didn't feel like another number. Arsh genuinely works with you to get the best result and puts you at ease. A hard working agent gives you the best result with great follow up.

Absolute superstar! This is the third property she has sold for us, and once again, she has done an amazing job. Her professionalism and consistency are unmatched. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Arsh was amazing. From the first open home to unconditional day. Her communication was great, any questions were answered promptly and she was happy to change around times when we needed. She explained the process, her part in it and the timelines in details. She even offered a second viewing for me that wasn’t scheduled and accommodated that. Highly recommend. 11/10

Great commitment to get the best outcome for both the parties. Love the way whole process was smooth and fluent. Didn’t feel that it was getting out of the rhythm. Communication level at the peak and service is top class.
