Agent asked to take photo with the family with the sold sign. She needs it for marketing purpose. We agreed provided that she blur out of put emoji on the family’s faces, but still went and posted the children’s photo on her social media. Settlement date did not happen on the day to favour the seller. She said she checked the property after the delay in moving out of the seller. But it was not cleaned at all as promised.
