Anna was fantastic while working with us through a slightly out of ordinary sale process. Our buyers weren’t actively looking when they saw our house, but they fell in love! Because they were so earnest to buy our home, we chose to wait for them to list and then sell their house - which they eventually sold to first home buyers, (which takes longer to transact). So the whole thing dragged on which was frustrating at times. Anna was fantastic in keeping us appraised of the process and the steps along the way, keeping in touch with us, our buyers and their agent for their sale. At the end of the day, and with a bit of patience, we got the result we were after and had a positive experience. Anna was a wonderful agent to work with. She communicated well, was open and honest about what she did and didn't know, and really went to a lot of extra effort. Anna was easy to get along with, and I appreciated her friendly yet professional manner. I never felt pressured or bullied, and she kept the process moving along at a good pace. Even after the sale was completed Anna has stayed in touch to make sure that everything went well. One small issue was found with the garden shed (the hinges had rusted out) and she offered to have her husband come around and fix it. She was under no obligation to do this, and I really appreciated the gesture. Buying my first home was stressful, but not nearly as bad as other people said it would be. I think that was in no small part due to Anna. I would happily recommend her to anyone, and if I eventually move on and sell my property she will certainly be the agent I turn to first.
