Anna was responsive and knowledgeable about the property and very easy to approach, which made our buying process smoother and significantly less stressful. She made sure we knew what to submit and when, even going out of her way to reply after work hours.

We never met Anna in person as it was her mum both times during open homes, and just a txt with the door code on settlement day. We felt like the experience was not very personal for us. Anna was organised with the admin side of things, and email communication was good. As first home buyers, the process went pretty smoothly.
