Its refreshing to meet a professional who is comfortable at all levels of the engagement, the ability to create a sense of urgency without adding pressure was impressive. Anna and her team have all been incredibly positive to deal with and have responded to text and email messages amazingly promptly making me feel I was the only client, knowing full well they are very busy operators.
