Prior to securing my new home, Shannan even offered technical support when one of my offers fell through which didn't go unnoticed. Her willingness to answer any questions and offer advice throughout this whole process has been comforting during the most stressful of times. Prompt response times and a laid back approach has certainly made the whole process more enjoyable. 10/10.
Shannan was very knowledgeable with the areas market and was able to provide great information and assistance when needed. Shannan was easily contactable and was quick to update me with new information and keep me in the loop as to how things were progressing.
From a buyers perspective if I wanted to sell my property I would definitely want Shannan to sell it for us. We purchased a property in probably the most difficult of times, two countries in lockdown. Too many questions was never an issue and if Shannon did not instantly have the answer she was back to us with the answer within 24 hours. In times of a sellers market some Agents can be complacent, (we liken it to fishing in a fish pond) but Shannon was always attentive and respectful of the sales process.
If you are looking for an agent who is non intrusive but gets the job done then Shannan is a very safe bet. She was wonderful to deal with. She knew and understood the market. Her honesty, efficiency and organisational skills are second to none! I would not hesitate to use her again in the future as my agent and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. Five star service!!
Great to deal with her, she happy and on to it when u need answers to questions
Shannan displayed a solid knowledge of the housing market and we found her to be straight up, honest and reliable in all our contact with her during the marketing and sale of our property. Shannan has been a first class realestate agent and we wish her well in her career. Definitely an agent we will recomment to friends and family.
Our house sold after one open home it was so quick and easy, Shannan made that possible with her ideas and get it done attitude. She has been a good friend of ours for years so it made sense to let her do her thing when it came to selling our much loved house, we wouldn’t have trusted anyone else to get the job done! Shannan is an absolute legend, honest, reliable and she will do what’s best for you!
Shannan provided me with excellent service from start to finish. She is proactive, professional and was always available. She made the entire process of selling my property stress-free and I always felt like she had my best interests at heart. I highly recommend Shannan.
