We first heard of shans through my sister. She was described as a young go getter, forging a career in a sometimes demanding and difficult job. We found shans very easy and laid back who had a great sense of humour to match our own. Shannon's knowledge of the market and how things worked was a great comfort to a couple new to the house selling business. She was very compatible with her commission and was very clear about what she was wanting to achieve for not only us but herself. Through out the process shans was very positive and encouraging through tough times, helping us to stay positive. We were always kept up to date with weekly reports, phone calls and txt messaging for any info we required. All in all we found our experience to be a pleasant ,enjoyable fun time with shannon and tall poppy, and we hope that her nick name of 5hands (check her number plate) will continue through out her career at tall poppy.
