“This is the second time we’ve listed with the Donnelly Property Team, and once again they exceeded expectations. From start to finish the service was smooth, simple, and effective. Their knowledge of the Wanaka market is clear, and it’s no surprise they’re recognised with national awards. We highly recommend Sharon, Jamie, and their team"

Sharon was great to deal with. She was friendly and prompt with communication. The whole experience was made simple.

We were looking for an established section with a view to building a spec house/units on, Sharon gave us good feedback on the site and potential sale prices for the builds etc.

Sharon makes the buying and selling process a great experience. Always knowledgeable, helpful and fun. Best agent and a good human.

Sharon and her Team were well organised, honest and clear on the Wanaka market insights. Worked well with tenants and ourselves.

Working with Sharon and her team was a great experience. Understanding of what we wanted, knowledge of the industry is outstanding. No nonsense approach helped us get a good feel for the market how best to fit it to our needs.

I really appreciated Sharon’s warm, candid and efficient approach. She was knowledgeable about the market, and provided quick responses and sensible advice.

Nothing was too much trouble and all queries were answered very quickly. Highly recommend Sharon’s professionalism and market knowledge.

I have really liked working with the Donnelly team (Jamie and Sharon). They worked with me and showed me a number of properties, until I finally purchased a property that suited me. I appreciated Jamie’s advice and patience and low key non pushy approach. The Bayley’s team has a well-deserved great reputation in the region for sure.

We worked with Sharon and Jamie on the sale of a property and purchase of another property which required a lot of administration and organisation. Jamie and Sharon's level of communication, helpfulness and timeliness with supply of information was truly impressive.

Very genuine conversations and detailed knowledge of the Wanaka Market. Great team behind her.

Sharon and Jamie were amazing to work with! The entire purchasing process was smooth and completely stress-free. Everything on our end went perfectly, thanks to their professionalism and great communication. We would definitely buy from them again! Thanks again Steph & Matt Ryan
