I never dealt with Sharon. Maybe one email? I'm not sure she exists? A meandering soul wandering the streets of Northlake, her face everywhere, but no where to be found. In all seriousness though, the team I did interact with were good. Jamie was excellent - patient and sympathetic, suggestive without being pushy and knowledgeable of the area. The 3 or 4 other 'Sharon but not Sharon' admin people we interacted with that used Sharon's pseudonym were all equally pleasant to deal with, helpful and friendly :D

Sharon was really great to work with. We had several weeks of negotiations before making a purchase, which Sharon navigated well whilst we were OS. She went above and beyond to make herself available for Facetime inspections and real time inspections when we were in town visiting - driving us around to show us comparable properties. She answered endless questions and provided helpful advice. Sharon is very down-to-earth (but professional!) and we felt we built a great rapport with her. Would highly recommend her to anyone considering purchasing or selling.

Had great communication from Sharon when we first started looking for homes in the area and recommendations on a number of suitable options. When I came down from Wellington to look at homes, her colleague Jamie was fantastic in showing me around both established homes and new builds, with good knowledge of when settlements could be reached. Once we made a successful offer on a new build, we were kept up to date with the completion date and when CCC would be issued, and they were very helpful with any questions we asked.

I've deal with Sharon and her team a couple of dozen times over the last 5 years. As both a vendor and purchaser, and for personal transcations as well as via our commercial endeavours. At the end of the day, there are some simple reasons Sharon is at the top of her game, and I would put that down to balance. There's the balance between profesionalism and being down to earth. There's the balance between knowing when to listen, and when to advise. There's the balance of knowing when to seek my input, and when to just get on with it. There's also a balance to be found between result, and time taken to achieve said result. Sharon and her team understand this balance better than any other in Wanaka. I don't doubt they also adapt the particular balance for individual situations and/or parties. Generally speaking, I'm one to back the "little guy", and to spread work around. I've acted this way with property transactions, motivated to "give someone else a go". But, for me at least, Sharon has set my level of expectations, and I've yet to find someone else in the South Island that comes anywhere close. There's say 100 agents in Wanaka at a guess? And Sharon and her team appear to me to be a third of the market, perhaps more. Proof is in the pudding.
