We first went to view the property at 65 Pine Harbour Parade on a whim and met Mark Van Ettan who was very informative and helpful but not at all pushy. After another two visits and conversations with Mark we put in an offer which was accepted - all we had to do was sell our house first! Mark was excellent throughout the process, which involved both lows and highs, and he helped us navigate both ends of the sales and purchase process.
